We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person. We will not be held responsible for losses incurred by not receiving goods that are not in stock.
We will try to contact you in that event, but please indicate with your order if you do or do not want replacement of out-of-stock items with equivalent brands of equal value.
Grow Street only ship goods to the card holders address.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to third party addresses for your own card security.
Our couriers will not leave parcels without them being signed for at the delivery address.
Please do not ask us to leave parcels, again due to card security.
In case of difficulty please contact us and ask about morning and Saturday deliveries, which will incur an extra charge.
These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.
